Grief through the Holidays: ONLINE Beta Course

Participants will receive video content sent to their email inbox each week. The videos will include psycho-educational content produced by Chuck and Ashley which will include weekly activities for participants to complete.

Session 3:  How We See Our World

Session 4:  How We See Our Loved Ones

Session 5:  Reframing Grief

Session 6:  Moving Forward

Participants may elect to participate in three online group sessions where Chuck and Ashley will interact with participants. During these sessions, individuals will be able to discuss their progress and share personal stories with the group. This will be an opportunity for individuals to offer hope and receive strength from other participants. Throughout the group and at the end, Chuck and Ashley welcome feedback. A survey will be provided at the end of the course to gather feedback about how we can continue to meet future participants' needs. We hope you will join us on our journey to help others grieve well.

Lastly, participants may participate in weekly one-on-one coaching for an additional charge. 

We are launching with a beta course, which means we will offer this course at a significantly lower rate ($20 rather than $120) than when we officially launch the course in the future. What we request in exchange is your willingness to offer your feedback about what you love and what topics could use additional focus. 

We are limiting this beta group to a small number of participants so that we can gather important information about developing this program for future participants. Thanks for being willing to dive in at the ground level to help us start and grow programs that bring hope and healing to those in our community and in the world around us!
